Dikambaev with the support of the OSCE Program Office in Bishkek, started on June 24, 2019 in Issyk-Kul

The Fourth International Summer School for Junior Diplomats from Central Asia, Afghanistan and Mongolia, launched by the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic named after K. Dikambaev with the support of the OSCE Program Office in Bishkek, started on June 24, 2019 in Issyk-Kul.

 The rector of the Diplomatic Academy, Chinara Adamkulova, made a welcoming speech at the opening ceremony, noting that the summer school is becoming a platform for discussion and a joint search for problems and prospects for cooperation in the region.

The wishes of a successful event and thematic lectures were also delivered by the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Nuran Niyazaliev, Head of the OSCE Program Office in Bishkek Ambassador Pierre von Arx, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Republic of Uzbekistan to the Kyrgyz Republic Komil Rashidov.  

Junior diplomats from the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Afghanistan and Mongolia take part in the Summer School. The purpose of the event is to develop a close relationship between representatives of the diplomatic services of the region and exchange views on the stated topics.

During the week, international experts in the field of human rights, international and regional relations, economics, countering extremism and terrorism, and other challenges of our time from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, MGIMO, Diplomatic Academies of Kyrgyzstan and Russia, International Organization for Migration, Diplomatic Institute of the State of Qatar will deliver lectures.
