On September 29, 2021, Timur Abdizhalil, Consul General of the Kyrgyz Republic in Dubai and the Northern Emirates presented his consular patent tо Sheikh Maktoum Аl-Maktoum, Director of the Dubai Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the United Arab Emirates.

During the meeting, Mr.Timur Abdizhalil, Consul General emphasized that Kyrgyzstan highly appreciates cooperation with the United Arab Emirates in priority areas in trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres.

Mr.Timur Abdizhalil also noted that this year is full of jubilee events and activities, in particular the 50th anniversary of the UAE, the 30th anniversary of the independence of the Kyrgyz Republic, the 25th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between two countries and the large-scale exhibition "EXPO Dubai 2020" Mr.Timur Abdizhalil, Consul General of the Kyrgyz Republic attracted particular attention to the assistance of the Emirates side in the issue of        protecting       the rights and interests of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, especially labor migrants living in the UAE.

Sheikh  Maktoum Аl-Maktoum, Director of the Dubai Office congratulated Consul General Mr.Timur Abdizhalil on his appointment, wishing him success in his diplomatic mission and assured of the support of the UAE Foreign Ministry office in Dubai in promoting the initiatives of the Consulate General of Kyrgyzstan for the benefit of the interests of the two states and the friendly people.
