On March 1, 2022 Mr. Nuran Niyazaliev, First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic met with Mr. Eduard Auer, Ambassador, Head of the Delegation of the European Union to the Kyrgyz Republic, Dr. Gabriela Guellil, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Germany to the Kyrgyz Republic, Mr. François Delahousse, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the French Republic to the Kyrgyz Republic and Mr. Laszlo Dorozi, Deputy Ambassador of Hungary to the Kyrgyz Republic.

During the conversation, parties exchanged views on European security issues, in particular, the current situation in Ukraine and its consideration at multilateral platforms.

The First Deputy Minister thanked the Hungarian side for providing a "green corridor" to citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic returning to their homeland from Ukraine. He also expressed a request to European colleagues to continue assistance in the evacuation of citizens of Kyrgyzstan through the countries neighboring Ukraine.
