On October 20, 2022, the Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to Germany Omurbek Tekebaev met with the Director of the German company "Janser Consult GmbH" Sergey Serebransky.

During the meeting, were discussed issues of employment of qualified personnel from Kyrgyzstan in Germany. Ambassador O.Ch. Tekebaev reported on the work of the Embassy to ensure systemic and long-term cooperation in organized employment between the two countries.

Director of the company S.Serebransky shared the experience of "Janser Consult GmbH" in cooperation with other countries in attracting qualified personnel, in particular medical personnel for employment in Germany. He noted that for these purposes the company conducts appropriate education and training of medical college students on the ground.

S.Serebransky said that, through the activities of the Academy "Janser Education Academy" in Bishkek, relevant work is being carried out with one of the colleges in Kyrgyzstan, within which an opportunity will be provided for training nurses in Kyrgyzstan and their further employment in Germany.
