On May 28, 2019, the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Ukraine took part in the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic named after K. Dyikanbayev and the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine named after G. Udovenko.

From the Kyrgyz side, the Memorandum was signed by the Rector of the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Ch. Adamkulova, from the Ukrainian side by the Rector of the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine S. Korsunsky.

During the meeting, the rectors of diplomatic academies emphasized that the re-signing of this Memorandum would give a new impetus to cooperation between the diplomatic academy of the two states.

The memorandum provides for mutual consultations, exchange of experience of teachers and staff of foreign missions, information, participation in various seminars and trainings.
