On 14 February 2019, Doha, Nuran Niyazaliev, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic in the State of Qatar was received by His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Amir of the State of Qatar.

During the audience, Ambassador Nuran Niyazaliev conveyed greetings from the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sooronbai Zheenbekov and told about the ongoing work to strengthen cooperation between the two countries.

The Amir of the State of Qatar supported the measures being taken to deepen Kyrgyz-Qatari relations and expressed interest in developing comprehensive cooperation with the Kyrgyz Republic in the trade-economic, investment and cultural-humanitarian areas.

At the end of the meeting, The Amir of the State of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani awarded Ambassador Nuran Niyazaliev with Al Wajbah Decoration in recognition of his role in strengthening Kyrgyz-Qatari relations and wished him success in carrying out important tasks.
