For the discovery and certification of the social and legal documents (police clearance, civil status, birth, marriage, divorce, death and other archival documents) from the Kyrgyzstan the applicant should submit the following documents:

1. An arbitrary shape statement with indication of the full name, place of residence, phone number, e-mail address should be written to the name of the Councilor Section of the Embassy with the request to assist in obtaining necessary documents from Kyrgyz Republic. Link to file
2. One color photo 3х4.
3. Completed application form in 3 copies Link to file
4. A сору of passport also with a note of the consular register of the Embassy KG in Switzerland.
