On March 24, 2019, the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Islamabad, together with the diplomatic missions of the countries of Central Asia, Iran, Turkey, Azerbaijan and Afghanistan, as well as the United Nations and Serena Hotel organized the grand celebration of Nooruz.

The event was held with the participation of the President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Dr. Arif Alvi and the First Lady Mrs. Samina Alvi, high representatives of the Government of Pakistan, the diplomatic corps, heads of the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Pakistan, representatives of business associations, academic and artistic circles of Pakistan.

The grand open-air festival received about 1000 guests from different regions of Pakistan.
