From 2006 to 2008 - 3rd Secretary of the International Law Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.

From 2007 to 2008 - 2nd Secretary of the International Law Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.
