On August 26, 2021, in Islamabad, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan H.E. Mr. Ulanbek Totuiaev took part in a reception on the occasion of the 30th Anniversary of diplomatic relations between Pakistan and Central Asian Republics, organized by the «Diplomatic Insight Group» and «Tabani Group».

The event was also attended by the Ambassadors of Turkmenistan, the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the Republic of Indonesia and senior employees of the diplomatic missions of Malaysia, the Republic of Belarus, and Romania, as well as representatives of the business and scientific circles of Pakistan.

As the Chief guest of the event, the Member of the National Assembly of Pakistan - Chairman of the Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs of Pakistan, Mr. Malik Muhammad Ehsan Ullah Tiwana noted in his speech that Pakistan considers Central Asia as a priority area and strives to increase trade with the countries of the region.

In his turn, Ambassador U.Totuiaev noted that since the establishment of diplomatic relations in 1992, warm relations of friendship and cooperation have been maintained between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan at all levels, and also stressed that Kyrgyzstan attaches great importance to the development of trade and economic cooperation with Pakistan. The Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan also informed those present about the broad investment and tourism opportunities of our country and invited the business circles of Pakistan to cooperate.
