On December 8, 2020, within the framework of a working trip to Bishkek, the Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan H.E. Mr. Erik Beishembiev held a meeting with the leadership of AYu Holding.

The meeting was attended by representatives from University of Lahore and Pakistani companies i.e. "B4U", "Rupa Group". The sides discussed the development of bilateral investment and economic relations, the Pakistani side expressed interest in investing in the pharmacological, educational, agricultural and energy sectors of the Kyrgyz Republic.

H.E. Mr. Erik Beishembiev noted the importance of increasing the trade turnover between Kyrgyzstan and Pakistan. The Kyrgyz side informed about the investment potential of the Kyrgyz Republic, about the membership of the Kyrgyz Republic in the EEU and about the status of the Kyrgyz Republic in the GSP +.

Following the meeting, the Pakistani side was given an excursion to the trade pavilions and plants of the holding in Bishkek and Chui oblast.
