On February 15, 2023, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan H.E. Mr. Ulanbek Totuiaev met with the Senior Vice-President of the Lahore Chamber of Commerce & Industry Mr. Zafar Mehmood.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the prospects for the development of trade and economic relations between Kyrgyzstan and Pakistan, paying special attention to enhancing the mutually beneficial partnership between the business circles of the two countries in the field of export-import and production of agricultural, textile and pharmaceutical products, as well as promoting bilateral tourism.

Ambassador H.E. Mr. U.Totuiaev informed in detail about the trade, investment and tourism potentials of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The interlocutors agreed to work together to diversify mutual trade by holding business forums and exhibitions in two countries.
