On May 10-11, 2023, the 3rd International Forum "Islamabad Security Dialogue" organized by the Government of Pakistan was held in Islamabad, Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

The event was attended by representatives of academia, research institutions and government agencies of the host country and foreign countries, as well as heads and members of diplomatic missions accredited in Pakistan. During the forum, topical issues and prospects for the development of the situation in the region, as well as key problems of international security were discussed.

Within the framework of the 4th session of the “Forum of National Security Advisors” event on the topic “Reimagining security cooperation in Asia”, a video message was held by the Secretary of the Security Council of the Kyrgyz Republic, M.M.Imankulov, addressed to the participants of the forum.

In his video speech, the Secretary of the Security Council of the Kyrgyz Republic voiced assessments of the existing problems of regional and international security, as well as a vision of the prospects for joint interaction for the benefit of the countries of South and Central Asia.
