On June 21, 2021, Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic Taalai Bazarbaev presented copies of his credentials to the Head of the Protocol Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Italian Republic, Inigo Lambertini.
Congratulating T. Bazarbaev on his appointment, I. Lambertini expressed hope that the first Ambassador to Italy with residence in Rome would make a significant contribution to the development of Kyrgyz-Italian relations. At the same time, he wished T. Bazarbayev success in his responsible mission.
Expressing gratitude for the warm welcome and wishes, T. Bazarbayev noted that he would make every effort to deepen and strengthen relations between the two friendly countries in order to advance the bilateral agenda.
The interlocutors discussed a wide range of issues related to Kyrgyz-Italian relations, including the prospects for the development of bilateral political and economic relations, as well as mutually beneficial cooperation in various fields.
