On November 1, 2021, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the State of Kuwait Azamat Karagulov paid a courtesy visit to Mr. Nasser Falah Mubarak Al-Hajraf - Governor of the Kuwait province of Al-Jahra, which is the cultural, historical and most remote administrative unit of Kuwait.

The head of the province, Nasser Falah Al-Hajraf, spoke about his impressions of visiting Kyrgyzstan in the summer of 2021 as part of a large group of Kuwaitis, especially noting the beauty of the nature of the Issyk-Kul and Suusamyr valleys, the famous culture, education and hospitality of the Kyrgyz people. In this regard, he expressed gratitude for the efforts of the Kyrgyz side to open direct flights between the two capitals and the abolition of this visa for citizens of Kuwait and the Arab countries of the Gulf.

In turn, Ambassador A. Karagulov acquainted the Head with the tasks of the Embassy for the future, including the organization of visits at the highest and high levels, the intensification of interdepartmental cooperation, the promotion of interaction between the private sectors of the two countries. He also invited Governor N. Al-Hajraf to visit Kyrgyzstan again with a group of businessmen in the province, attracting investment in the country's tourism sector.
