On November 4, 2021, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the State of Kuwait Azamat Karagulov met with the Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs, Director of the Protocol Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Kuwait, Ambassador Dhari Ajran Al-Ajran to discuss the current level of bilateral cooperation between the Kyrgyz Republic and the State of Kuwait.

Ambassador A. Karagulov expressed gratitude to the Assistant Minister for the operational interaction of the Department with the Embassy in the implementation of tasks to maintain an intensive political dialogue between Kyrgyzstan and Kuwait at the highest and high levels. The Ambassador noted the successful results of the summit meetings of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic with the Prime Minister of Kuwait and the Foreign Ministers of the two states within the framework of participation in the work of various international and regional platforms.

Assistant Minister Dhari Al-Ajran confirmed the commitment of the Kuwaiti side to active cooperation with the Kyrgyz Republic and pledged its readiness to contribute to the successful activities of the Embassy in Kuwait. He also reported on the positive consideration of the issue of the exchange of land plots for the buildings of the embassies in the capitals of the two countries and the signing of a corresponding agreement within the framework of the planned visit of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic to Kuwait.

The parties also expressed their high appraisal of the long-term successful practice of mutual support of initiatives and candidacies of the two countries within the framework of international organizations, noting also the results of joint work on opening air ways between Kuwait and the cities Bishkek and Osh and humanitarian cooperation through Kuwaiti charitable organizations.
