On June 17, 2020, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine issued Resolution No. 500 “On Amending Certain Acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”, the provisions of which, among other things, expanded the categories of people who can enter Ukraine under quarantine without mandatory observation and without consent to self-isolation using the “Act at Home” electronic service of the Unified State Electronic Services Web Portal:

- Persons arriving in Ukraine from countries with significant distribution of COVID-19 or citizens (citizens) of such states traveling through Ukraine and having documents confirming that they leave Ukraine within two days;

- drivers and crew members of buses carrying out regular transportation.
