On the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the Independence of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Ukraine, together with the diaspora in Kyiv, held sports competitions in mini-football, table tennis, national sports and various relay races with the participation of adults and children.

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Mr. Zh.Sharipov in his welcoming speech congratulated the citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic living on the territory of Ukraine, spoke about the formation of the Kyrgyz statehood, noted the contribution to the development of the state of the citizens who stay abroad, and also reported on the activities carried out by the Government aimed at improving the life of the population.

As a result of the competition, the winners were awarded by Cup, medals and diplomas, the children were encouraged with memorable gifts. In addition, in honor of the holiday, a buffet table, an exhibition of handicrafts and paintings by the sights of Kyrgyzstan were organized.

Also in Odessa for the citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, a screening of the feature film "Kurmanzhan Datka" was organized.

The events were carried out in compliance with quarantine measures and restrictions on the number of attendees.
