Chyngyz Eshimbekov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the State of Qatar was received by H.E. Mr. Ali bin Ahmed Al Kuwari, Minister of Commerce and Industry of the State of Qatar on November 12, 2020.

Status and prospects for the development of Kyrgyz-Qatari cooperation in trade, economic and investment fields have been discussed at the meeting. Particular attention was paid to the issue of enhancing interaction in preparation for joint events in 2021, including the Second meeting of the Kyrgyz-Qatari Intergovernmental Commission on Economic, Trade and Technical Cooperation.

Ambassador Chyngyz Eshimbekov informed the Qatari side about the situation in the Kyrgyz Republic after parliamentary elections on October 4, 2020.
