As part of the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 4 dated January 29, 2021 “On taking measures aimed at improving the migration situation”, as well as in order to expand the work carried out by the Embassy to ensure the protection of the rights and interests of citizens living in the territory of the Italian Republic, during the period On May 22-23, 2021, employees of the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Italian Republic carried out a consular visit to Milan. During the trip, consular services and consultations were provided to citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic living in the cities of Milan, Brescia, Turin, Bergamo, Genoa, etc.
In particular, more than 50 people were admitted on various issues of documentation - renewal of civil (foreign) passports, internal passports (ID-cards), birth certificates. In addition, notarial services were provided to citizens - preparation and issuance of powers of attorney, as well as a number of consular certificates on various issues requiring presentation to state and municipal institutions of the Italian Republic. Also, during the consular visit, the Embassy staff accepted a large number of applications for consular registration with the subsequent submission of biometric data, which is important for ensuring the participation of citizens in elections.
The Embassy, ​​taking this opportunity, expresses its gratitude to all citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic living in Milan and northern Italy for their activity during the visit of the Embassy staff.
