From June 10, 2019 in the Issyk-Kul region in the city of Cholpon-Ata and the village of Bosteri there will be mobile PSCs that will provide registration services to foreign citizens.
Preliminary application for registration can be submitted by phone: + 996-555-600-512 (Cholpon-Ata) and + 996-555-600-513 (Boosteri village). An electronic application for temporary registration in the Kyrgyz Republic can be submitted online. The application procedure is available on the Electronic Services Portal using the eID (2017 sample passport).
In the near future, it is planned to connect the online payment of state duty through VISA and MASTERCARD payment cards, which will allow citizens to make non-cash payments independently via the Internet.
