On May 9, 2023, the Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Swiss Confederation Omar Sultanov took part in the wreath-laying ceremony at the common grave of Soviet soldiers who died during World War II.
The event took place at the Hörnli cemetery in Basel on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
