In the period from October 3 to 6, 2021, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan H.E. Mr. Ulanbek Totuyaev visited Bishkek to deliver a report on the work done by the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan for 2019-2020 at the Committee on International Affairs, Defense and Security of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Within the framework of this trip, Ambassador U. Totuyaev, together with a delegation of businessmen from Pakistan, held meetings in the Sixth Political Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Investments of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as the Kyrgyz Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. During these meeting the parties discussed topical issues of the Kyrgyz-Pakistani trade and economic, investment cooperation, as well as attracting investment in the economy of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Along with this, a number of B2B meetings were held between Pakistani businessmen and representatives of the Kyrgyz business.
