In order to implement the Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic "On measures to provide support in matters of education and national culture to compatriots living in foreign countries" dated March 25, 2003 No. 102 and Decree of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 752 dated December 3, 2003, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic allocated 5 budget places for the 2023-2024 academic year, for studying in the universities of the Kyrgyz Republic for ethnic Kyrgyz living in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Admission to the universities of the Kyrgyz Republic within the allocated quotas will be carried out from June 21, 2023 via online system http://student.edu.gov.kg/, in the section “Islamic Republic of Pakistan“. To submit documents to higher educational institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic for the 2023-2024 academic year, the applicant should fill in the indicated fields, as well as upload all the required documents before 23:59 on July 21, 2023.

Required documents:

1. Copy of the passport or birth certificate (in the absence of a passport), translated into Russian or Kyrgyz languages and notarized.

2. A copy of the document on school education (certificate or diploma), with attachments, translated into Russian or Kyrgyz languages and notarized.

3. Information about the composition of the family.

4. Certificates, diplomas confirming the achievements of candidates in the academic field (if any).

5. Medical certificate 086-y.

6. Certificate of absence of HIV/AIDS.
