On September 11, 2023, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan H.E. Mr. Ulanbek Totuiaev met with the members of the association of businessmen of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan “Global Business Alliance”.

The Pakistani side was represented by the Rector of “Bahria” University Mr. Asif Khaliq, as well as heads of companies operating in education, tourism, construction, the hotel sector and trade.

Ambassador H.E. Mr. U.Totuiaev informed the participants of the meeting about promising areas of trade and economic cooperation between Pakistan and Kyrgyzstan, in particular, paying special attention to investment projects in the fields of hydropower, tourism and food production.

Representatives of the Pakistani side informed about plans to visit Kyrgyzstan in October of this year.
