The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic informs about the implementation from September 1st 2017 of the “Electronic visa of the Kyrgyz Republic” system.

The “Electronic visa” system allows citizens of all foreign countries to obtain entry-exit tourist or business visas of the Kyrgyz Republic for up to 90 days via the Internet, without the need to address to diplomatic missions or consular offices of the Kyrgyz Republic abroad, as well as to visa points at the international border crossing points across the state border of the country.

I. Nationals holding any type of passport of the following countries are exempted from visa requirement to enter Kyrgyz Republic:

Azerbaijan (for the whole period of stay);

Armenia (for the whole period of stay);

Australia (up to 60 days);

Austria (up to 60 days);

Bahrain (up to 60 days);

Belarus (for the whole period of stay);

Belgium (up to 60 days);

Bosnia and Herzegovina (up to 60 days);

Brunei Darussalam (up to 60 days);

Canada (up to 60 days);

Cuba (for the whole period of stay);

Croatia (up to 60 days);

Czech Republic (up to 60 days);

II. Nationals holding diplomatic and official passports of the following countries are exempted from visa requirement to enter Kyrgyz Republic for the period up to one month:

Chinese People’s Republic;

Indonesia;

Iran;

Turkmenistan;

III. Nationals holding diplomatic passports of the following countries are exempted from visa requirements to enter Kyrgyz Republic for the whole period of their stay in country:

Austria;

Italy;

Belgium;

Luxembourg;

Canada;

Netherlands;

Denmark;

Norway;

Finland;

Portugal;

France;

Spain;

Germany;

Sweden;

Greece;

Switzerland;

Iceland;

UK;

Iran (up to one month);

USA.

Nationals holding all types of passports of the following countries may obtain Kyrgyz Visa on their personal request (only written application form) for the period up to one month:   

Andorra;   

Montenegro;

Albania;   

Oman;

Argentine;   

Philippines;

Brazil;   

Romania;

Bulgaria;   

San Marino;

Chile;   

Serbia;

Cyprus;   

South Africa;

Indonesia (for national passport holders);
