"KOL FEST" is the first music and art festival in Central Asia, which brings together music, travel and contemporary art lovers from Central Asia and many other countries of the world.

The festival first took place in June 2019. More than 600 music and adventure lovers from all over the world spent three days on the shores of the most beautiful lake Issyk-Kul and enjoyed a variety of local and international music and art.

From 23 to 25 July 2021, on the shores of Issyk-Kul lake in Ton village, the Homeland Public Foundation, with the support of the Tourism Department of the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic, is organizing the second annual international music festival “Kоl Fest”.
