On September 3, 2022, an event dedicated to the celebration of the 31st anniversary of the Independence of the Kyrgyz Republic was held at the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Malaysia, together with the diaspora of Kyrgyzstan in Malaysia.

During the event, Embassy staff congratulated compatriots and guests on the Independence Day of the Kyrgyz Republic. Consultations were also held with citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic on consular issues and noted the need and importance of observing the laws of the host country and the migration regime.
