On August 8, 2023, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to Malaysia Mr.Altynbek Zhumaev presented copies of his Credentials to the Head of the Protocol Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia, Mr. Mohd Aini Atan.

During the meeting, the Head of the Department of Protocol of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia Mr. M. A. Atan, welcomed the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to Malaysia A. Zhumaev and congratulated him on his official assumption of the Embassy. He expressed hope for the development of cooperation in all aspects of bilateral cooperation.

In turn, Ambassador A. Zhumaev thanked his interlocutor for the opportunity to present copies of his credentials and discuss issues of bilateral cooperation between the Kyrgyz Republic and Malaysia. He noted that he would make every effort to actively develop mutually beneficial political, trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian cooperation in the interests of the two states.

The conversation took place in a constructive and friendly atmosphere.
